  I had an Amazon purchase that I needed to return. You print out the label and take it to the local UPS and it gets sent back. Seems super simple until you show up and they want to charge you for a simple piece of tape. I told them that I am not going out of pocket for a return that didn't work. The person behind the counters response was to point across the room and say "read the sign". I quickly called the other store on Parker and Main st. and they told me they don't charge for a small piece of tape. I used to never have an issue at the Lincoln store and I found out that day the store recently changed ownership and it all makes sense. I ended up driving to the Main street store and I will continue to use that store.
