  Lowes customer service, low expectations. Many elderly employees that obviously know nothing about home improvement, nor service. Can ask a question and they'll just point in a general direction. For someone entering for the first time to this location, it is no surprise why I refuse to enter a Lowes. Go to home depot. It's obvious why "safe space" "gender fluid" and "entitlement" exists. The snowflakes these old folks are and must've raised.

  I am so over these big boxes pushing little guys out of business and then not offering the same service. All I needed was a couple jeep keys cut that I bought online. Of course Lowes doesn't sell the blanks... But they won't even cut the key for me because "liability". What a joke. The local locksmith is gone. The local hardware store is gone. My only option is going to the dealer and paying an arm and a leg. Go away Lowes
