  When you call for an appointment you get a recording. Leave your info.... blah blah. This is extremely impersonal, and you have no idea as to whether they actually got the message or not, or what in the world you should do next. Maybe they can not afford a front-end staff person. Its been 3 days so far with no call, and no way to know if a human has check messages. Diabetes is too serious a disease to waste precious time like this. Not a good start and a very bad practice for diabetics. Since I haven't still heard back I guess I will look for a more serious office.
