  The only reason I’m giving A star at all is because 0 stars isn’t an option. The front office staff in this office is a JOKE. Won’t even go into how many things they were unable to figure out without being spoon fed and walked through the process by the customer. If dr. Phi wants to be able to actually see patients he should invest in some more intelligent and capable staff. Additionally when there are issues you don’t even get to talk to the staff in the office you get routed through a call center. Spend the time and money to find a private practice instead of a chain.
