  This is a small club and kind of sleepy in my opinion. I get my motiviation from working out with a group. If this is not your style, then KoKo may be worth a try. I found that many times I was there alone without any staff members present.

  If you want a workout that tailors to your specific needs, age and body type, this is the place to go. Super efficient and concise work outs! In and out in under an hour (weights & cardio). Great staff as well! Only thing preventing a 5 star review is lack of shower facilities as I'd prefer to work out in the morning before work.
