  Went there for breakfast today with my Mom. For a Monday morning, the restaurant wasn't busy and we were seated quick. Our server Dustin was great! He was patient, and attentive. I had the t-bone steak and eggs with pancakes and the food was excellent. Overall great food, good restaurant and great service.

  My family and I come to this I-HOP quite frequently and usually have delicious food with friendly service. To our surprise, this time was much different. Our server, Judy G. Was extremely rude and made unsettling comments. She had forgot our daughter's milk(totally fine, she's human) and when we asked for the milk again, she replied with " I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME!" Now, regardless of the circumstances, busy or bad days, a paying customer should NEVER hear these words. Adding insult to injury, when we mentioned that the comment was rude and unnecessary, Judy failed to apologize. In fact, she followed up with another rude comment: "I'LL JUST HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TAKE CARE OF YOU". The manager was very apologetic, Judy G, on the other hand, never apologized and even gave us rude looks on our way out. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
