  I haven't had a vacation since spring '15. I work a very physically hard job. My sister came out to visit this August '17, so I took a week off. We went to H&S for massages. We each ordered an additional scalp and foot massage at an additional $15.00 per service plus the cost of the hour massage. The entire services lasted exactly 1 hour. The cost of the foot and scalp massage did not make the massage longer. You are basically paying an additional $15.00 to have peppermint oil scrubbed into your scalp. You get your feet and scalp done with the standard massage. I was charged $120.00 for a 1 hour massage plus $30.00 to have oil put on my feet and scalp. My sister was charged $80.00 for the same services. My massage therapist was less than average at giving a massage. I usually go off into LaLa land. Didn't make it there on this one. The 1 hour service was WAY over priced, and I'm put off for paying $40.00 more for the same services my sister bought. So, thank you to Hand & Stone for a very disappointing massage on my one vacation in the past two years. I'm never going back.

  I went in for a facial. I added exfoliating as part of the facial. I emphasized that I could not have any down time, due to work appointments. They exfoliated too hard, left a large red mark on the left side of my face, and a WEEK later, I am still healing. Might need repair work - not by them. The only reason I rated them a 1 is because I was given a gift certificate by a friend, and I did receive a good massage. Otherwise, the rating would be 0. BTW, I texted pictures to the owner and still have not heard from him. I would never get a facial done there again.
