  Simply put, my wife and I received some of the most outstanding customer service of our lives from Sylvester at this Big O location. He asked probing questions to discern exactly what tires we needed on our truck, taking the time to explain pro's and con's, and helped us decide on the perfect set. His courtesy, friendliness, knowledge, and overall professionalism are second to none. They blew us away. We will be customers for life.
